The Trails
Explore the Waterfall and Walk With Giants trails at your own pace for $10 per adult and $5 for children ages 5–11. Children ages 0–4 are free, and guests ages 12 and older pay the adult rate. Guided options include the Waterfall for $15 per adult or the Waterfall and Walk With Giants together for $25 per adult. Children ages 5–11 receive half-price guided hikes. Rubber boots are provided at no additional charge when required, subject to available sizes. Lodging guests receive free self-guided trail access and 50% off private guided hikes. Transportation is not included in these prices but can be arranged separately. The trails open at 7:00 a.m. Please plan to leave the property by 6:00 p.m. Advance notice is recommended for guided hikes.
Waterfall
Follow a family-friendly jungle trail through tropical vegetation and alongside the creek to our private waterfall. Along the way, cross our rope bridge, look for red frogs and other rainforest wildlife, and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. At the falls, there is time to relax, explore and play in the refreshing natural water. Wildlife sightings and water conditions vary. When trail conditions require them, rubber boots are provided at no additional charge, subject to available sizes.
Walk With Giants
A hiking trail winding along our river, through a majestic rainforest filled with extraordinarily tall trees reaching for the sky! With every step, you'll feel dwarfed by the towering giants surrounding you. Meandering through lush old growth cacoa forests and verdant landscapes, this scenic route offers a peaceful escape for nature lovers of all ages. This trail boasts a low difficulty level, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and family adventures. As you wander beneath the towering canopies of ancient trees, you'll feel a sense of awe and wonder at the beauty of nature.
Playa Larga
Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty, this trail offers a thrilling journey through lush rainforest and coastal terrain. This is not a beginner level trail, seasonal challenges lie ahead, adding an extra layer of excitement for intrepid explorers. From navigating muddy paths to crossing through swamp and shallow streams, each obstacle only enhances the thrill of the trek. Yet, the reward at journey's end is unparalleled – the shores of Playa Larga, where you can relax and rejuvenate amidst paradise.
